Lynchburg Humane Society - Cat Yoga!

Come get your zen on at LHS and do yoga with some adoptable cats! Yoga instructor, Lucy Hathaway will lead a free yoga class for all ages and levels and will guide you through 1 hour of yoga poses with friendly felines. Don’t forget to bring a yoga mat!
